All-CRM is a reseller of the CRM system of SuperOffice. Worldwide this Norwegian system has 225.000 users. The package contains the traditional parts such as agenda, projects, sales and relationship management.

The clients of All-CRM are very diverse. The priority however lies in the automotive industry. The entire vertical chain of importers, tire plants, lease agencies and dealers work with Superoffice. All-CRM has many customers in this sector. All-CRM will start with a second vertical chain for notaries. SuperOffice and the All-CRM applications will be offered to all law firms through the branch association.

Products & Services

It is remarkable that All-CRM has built new applications for the SuperOffice CRM system with its own software developers. Additional applications are for example Time Writer (hour registration/work orders administration), MapView (geographical display of clients and employees), LinkedIn Connector (adjusts CRM from LinkedIn), MailChimp Interface (e-marketing) and DataImport (connecting of backoffice system). The package contains the traditional parts such as agenda, projects, sales and relationship management.

Export Ambition

All developed software applications of All-CRM will be available for 225.000 SuperOffice users in this Appstore. All-CRM expects that this will lead to export growth.

Webtracking

All-CRM’s newest application is Webtracking. This application analyzes all the internet traffic of the client. The system sends potential customers who visit the website, under certain restrictions, through to the CRM system, including relevant information about their searching behavior. The first systems have been sold with excellent results.
